Part 2 of Dr. Glacia’s powerful testimony. She glorifies God and His mighty works in her life; she was revived from the brink of death, restored, blessed and preserved. Dr Glacia is here today as a walking miracle, and a testament to the fact that God has a purpose for her life. She continues to encourage millions around the world. The album “Symphony of Surrender” released in Aug 2020, is her 6th album. Produced by her husband Emerson Ally and herself, it is saturated with songs of inspiration, worship and a beautiful orchestrated theme. This album was also considered in three (3) categories for nominations at the Grammy Awards. Her single “We Are One”, was written and released in March2020. It is a song of love, unity, encouragement, equality and hope. Presented in response to the COVID19 pandemic, it has become a theme song for many, including being a gift to the charitable organization Food For The Poor. This partnership assigns all the proceeds to be used as a rallying cry to help others in need around the world. In August 2021, the “We Are One” concert, featuring Michael W. Smith, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Jason Gray, Emerson Ally and Glacia Robinson, raised one million dollars! Every dollar donated was matched dollar for dollar to provide twice the amount of meals. Enough funds to provide ten million meals for families in need. Glacia has done various collaborations with recording artists such as Thomas Mc Clarey, Papa San, Roby Duke, Terry Clarke, Maurice Gregory, Reggae Royalty, Ernie Smith, Carolee Mayne, Tommy Walker, Emerson Ally, Nigel Lewis, Mr. Vagas, Richie Stevens, Helén Teike , Agent Sasco, Dwight Schroeter, Mark Brown, Garnet Gibson, George Nooks, Chozen, Michael Dada, Rayon Baugh, Wayne Stoddart, Paul Barkley & The Catalyst Crew, Rashell Pearce, Mel Holder, Phil Driscoll, Alvin Slaughter, Khristian Dentley, Spectra Gospel Choir, and other recording artists from Jamaica, Canada, Norway, USA, T&T, Nigeria, Puerto Rico, etc. In Oct 2021, Glacia received the esteemed TrailBlazer Award for The Caribbean Gospel Legends Music Awards. She also partnered with her charity Food For The Poor for The Celebration of Hope Gala, raising funds to provide 37 families who lived in mud and rubble, with their brand new homes. The charity also matched every dollar raised for the homes, providing 1.2 million lifesaving meals for families living in areas of Haiti’s southern peninsula. In April 2022, Glacia was the first gospel recording artist to collaborate with the Javacya Elite Chamber Orchestra for “I Rise” live concert. In April 2023, she was invited to collaborate with this prestigious orchestra once again. All the proceeds from this event were donated to fund scholarships for children studying orchestral music. In April 2022, Glacia was endowed with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, the “Gospel Icon Award” from the Government of Jamaica, and the JaRIA Music Federation. In May 2022, Glacia was invited by the Prime Minister of Jamaica and the Minister of Culture to sing as their special guest for the Jamaica 60th Call To Worship Church Launch. On August 6 they invited her again for the Jamaica 60th Independence Grand Gala which was held at the National Stadium. Glacia has also been the special musical guest for the Consul General of New York, and other dignitaries, she continues to live in service of her gifts and talents. In July 2022, they collaborated with Dr. Delroy Lingo and producer Johnny Clarke on the “Strictly Blessed” Volume 3 Album. By God’s grace, she wrote, composed, recorded, and submitted three (3) songs on the female edition record. “Praise You”, “Hallelujah” (In Korean and in English), and “Mercy” (In English and in Spanish). In Aug 2022, Dr. Glacia Robinson received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Biden, and Vice President Harris. This prestigious recognition of appreciation, celebrates her commitment to cultivating lasting change, while living a life of service to humanity globally. In Sept 2022, she received the Female Artist of The Year Award from the Caribbean Gospel Legends Music Awards. In September 2022, she ministered at the international worship gathering “Worship His Majesty King Jesus” hosted by Pastor Elsie Obed. Featuring music ministers from around the world, Phill Driscoll, Terry , Miriam Webster, Nathaniel Bassey, Alvin Slaughter, Pamela Lee, Emerson Ally, Joe Vasconcelos, Michael Dada, Helen Teike, Daniel Obed and others. She lives each day to fulfill that purpose. Her ministry extends into international missions, inspirational and motivational speaking.
