My attempts with Alkanet Root to make Lavender Cold Process Soap
Alkanet Roots are used to make this beautiful lavender purple color. This is my attempt to create Lavender Cold Process soap using Alkanet roots. I tried with raw root chunks, powder and different quantity of alkanet roots to get my anticipated color. Even though I failed to get the Lavender color, they are still good soaps and I wanted to share my experience. Feel free to let me know where I went wrong.
