Remove and allow the tins to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before turning out and peeling away the nonstick baking paper. American Buttercream Ingredients- 600g Unsalted Butter 500g Sifted Icing Sugar 1tsp Vanilla Extract Instruction: 1. Beat the butter and vanilla for 5 mins on high speed until pale and fluffy. 2. Add the icing sugar and continue beating for another 8 mins. 3. To make a smooth buttercream, microwave 3 scoops and add back to buttercream before mixing on low speed for 2 mins.
