Thank you all for showing my channel all the love and support! :) Instagram   / mintea.cakes   Ube Sponge Ingredients: 4 Eggs 100g Sugar 120g Plain Flour 30ml Unsalted Butter 20ml Milk 1Tbsp Ube Extract Sugar Syrup(1:1 ratio) (30ml:30g) 300ml Whipping Cream 4tbsp Condensed Milk (OR to your taste) 1Tbsp Ube Extract Instruction: 1. Cake: Preheat oven to 160C. Prepare three 6 inches tin. 2. Whip egg and sugar on high speed until ribbon consistency, whip on low speed to remove air bubbles. 3. Sift flour and fold gently until combined. 4. Warm the milk and butter in the microwave and add ube extract. 5. Add 1-2 scoops of batter and mix well. 6. Pour the mixture into the main batter and fold gently until combined. 7. Pour the batter into a 6-inch lined tin and bake at 160C for 25 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
