Restoration Story: Dining room transformation

In this video I detail the full restoration / renovation process of our awkward back room! As we enter our second decade (!) of trying to restore this Victorian house, I look back over some reno snaps. It has been our aim to restore this historic home back to its former glory - which in this case means the removal of later partition walls, an attempt at reviving the original quarry tile floor, and installing Arts and Crafts style panelling. I also discuss our design decisions, from William Morris wallpaper, to period Liberty furniture. Watch as I transform the new light-filled space into a candlelit summer dining room, complete with vintage tableware, antique cutlery and summer strawberries.
