The "Live from the Court" collection was thus able to be produced in various French jurisdictions, tracing the hearings of around a hundred cases in their time and in a raw format, without commentary or intervention. Morgane Production specifies that the laws in force between 2010 and 2013 may have changed. The judgments handed down at the time in the "Live from the Court" collection may therefore no longer reflect today's legal reality. In this case, a 22-year-old man is on trial after causing a bus accident and then fleeing the scene. The individual, without a driver's license, insurance, or a roadworthiness test, left the scene without stopping, a case of hit-and-run. He was found thanks to the careful observation of a witness, a truck driver.
