The judgments handed down at the time in the "Live from the Court" collection may therefore no longer reflect today's legal reality. In this case, a father has been fighting for years to obtain visitation rights to his child, Axel, after the mother consistently refused to comply with court orders. Despite rulings in her favor, the mother prevented any access to the child for years, citing the child's fears.
