Seeing Twist Up EVERYWHERE In The 90s
Twist is one of the most celebrated and beloved graffiti artists in the history of the craft. Personally, I became a fan of his work very early on during my time as a writer, when I was going to school in San Francisco's Mission District. And in those days it was incredibly easy to get a look at some of his art, because his tags, throws, pieces and characters were up all over the Mission District, and all over the city. This is my experience of becoming a fan of his work and a glimpse into how we thought about graff, writers and legends like Twist in the 90s. #tagging #graffiti #streetart #graffitiart #mural
