The charges against Sultan Sarsemaliyev, who was accused of killing four members of a family in the Atyrau region, have been expanded. In addition to murder, the investigation has introduced new articles on illegal receipt of social benefits and livestock theft, Orda.kz reports. The trial in the Atyrau region's Specialized Criminal Court for the murder of four people continues. The main defendant in the case is Sultan Sarsemaliyev, the son-in-law of the deceased family. He is accused of killing his father-in-law Maksot Karabalin, mother-in-law Nasip Uteshkalieva, and their children Meiramgul Karabalina and Nauryz Mukangaliyev. State prosecutors announced that the charges against Sarsemaliyev have been expanded. Judge Zarema Khamidullina announced a new version of the indictment.
