Wood Fired Butter Toast Bread & Roasted Lamb 窑烤黄油吐司面包 烤羊肉 乡村美食

Today I made soft butter toast bread and roasted lamb in a traditional wood fired oven. The bread was made with milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, butter, and flour using a sponge dough method. After fermentation, the bread was baked in the clay oven until soft and golden.
