250 Push Reps | Dip & Push-Up Endurance Test

This is another push endurance routine between the dips and the push-ups. The goal is to complete 50 total reps between those two exercises for 5 sets. Whatever number you do on the dips, you match it with the push-ups to make it 50 reps total. The dips and the push-ups together count as one set. I managed to do Set 1 30 dips / 20 push-ups Set 2 25 dips / 25 push-ups Set 3 20 dips / 30 push-ups Set 4 20 dips / 30 push-ups Set 5 17 dips / 33 push-ups 250 total push reps performed back-to-back with short rest between sets.
