Along the way she began noticing similar parallels across cultures: traditions separated by oceans and centuries sometimes describe similar ideas through different languages, rituals, and myths. Drawing from these encounters, Aasha considers how these experiences shaped her thinking about emotional awareness, leadership, and personal balance.
