My author's mushroom pie-souffle recipe: mushrooms - 300 g, eggs - 2 pcs, sour cream - 3 tbsp. (with a slide), hard cheese - 30 g, dried garlic - 1 tsp, salt - 1.3 tsp, greens - a handful. Shortcrust pastry: flour - 100 g, chilled butter - 50 g, cottage cheese - 60 g, salt - 1/4 tsp, sugar - 1.2 tsp. Add salt and sugar to the flour, rub with butter, add cottage cheese. Mushroom omelet: mushrooms - 300 g, eggs - 5 pcs, salt - 1/3 tsp. Grind everything well in a blender until puree, fry on low heat on both sides, always under the lid. Enjoy watching!
