My Easyplant NIGHTMARE | a story of failure | Self-watering pot issues

It all started out so wonderful. Pay a premium for a beautiful plant in a stylish self-watering pot that doesn't look like all the other self-watering pots...all shipped to my door! All the plants (with one exception that was warrantied) arrived looking great, and for the first month or so it was great. Then the problems started. Some were plant related, but I feel came with a couple of the plants....fungus gnats. It was when my first plant started literally drying up even with water in the reservoir. Then, other plants were becoming either dried up or overwatered. Today I discovered the 4th (and possibly 5th) plant is not transferring water from the reservoir to the plant. Super frustrating and sad. I really wanted to be an easyplant success story, but that's just not my experience 4-months in. I will say they do readily warranty their products, but getting replacements that are likely to have the same issues, at least in my experience, just adds to the frustration. ☹️ What do you think?
