This live footage shows the aftermath of the back-to-back powerful earthquakes that struck off the coast of Venezuela on Wednesday evening. The powerful tremors collapsed buildings and sent panicked residents into the streets as communities deal with the immediate impact. The President of Venezuela's National Assembly says at least 188 people have been killed in the wake of the destruction. Reports indicate that more than 200 people are currently trapped, and close to 1,000 others are reported injured from the 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude quakes. Officials expect the situation to develop further, with more casualties expected as the full scale of the damage is assessed.
