Join me for this slow flow grounding yoga practice focusing on stretching and stillness. A great practice to do anytime you want to ground down into your energy such as when you first wake up, when you are winding down for bed or anytime you want to take a sacred pause. This is a beginner friendly class. We will not be standing up or using props. Class mantra: I am grounded in my own energy.
