Simple additions to Bolt Action kits

Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel! This video has been inspired by a number of comments that were left on another video and related to what steps can be taken to add variety or simple additions to already existing plastic kits. This is different from my other kitbashing videos as these are relatively simple steps that can be taken that are quick and easy to achieve and also relatively inexpensive. The first technique that we will look at is taking historically accurate weapons from other plastic kits and simply seeing how these can be used to make unique and individual looking figures and sections. With sites like eBay and others where you can pick up individual spues and other bits and pieces, this is a great way of mixing up different kits with very little work involved. The second part of the video shows how you can use captured enemy weapons to make a section look like it is in the middle of combat and has quickly grabbed a fallen weapon. Used sparingly, this can really add a unique look and flavour to an individual model or section.
