Let me introduce you to one of my favourite YouTubers; the wonderful Beth le Manach from the channel Entertaining with Beth! / entertainingwithbeth For this great overseas collab I am cooking in the port of IJmuiden, close to my hometown of Amsterdam. This is one of the most important ports in The Netherlands, every morning before sunrise, all the fishermen arrive here with their catch of the day. The fish is then sorted, weighed and distributed to the rest of the country. Beth asked me to come up with a delicious and easy seafood recipe for her “New Year, New Dinner” styled month. I’m making an incredible fresh pan fried sustainable cod fillet, with a Sauce Vierge. This dish is so simple and ready in just 15 minutes. You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make seafood taste incredible!
