BAKAAN FARM / HOUSE OF ORGANICS (Happy Farm, Happy Buhay) In Salcedo, Ilocos Sur, you will find an organic farm headed by Hon. Vice Mayor NINYA ITCHON (Bakaan Managing Director). The property is about 5 hectares and not only do they have organic produce, they raise organic animals like cattle, native pigs and chicken. We will take you on a tour with their resident Veterinarian and Mayor Niña and show you how they manage their farm. They also have an area for chocolate making and we will harvest some golden papayas! We will also take you on a river crossing tour with their 4x4 vehicle. Not to miss is our trek to Kinbandiw & Baluarte Waterfalls and we will do outdoor cooking- Luto sa Buho ng Kawayan! We will show you how to cook rice and Native Organic Chicken ala Tinola. Lastly, in PANDULANG ADVENTURE CAMP, we will cook my version of EMPANACHOS with VIGAN LONGANISA and our very own salsa!
