Hi guys!! I hope you enjoy this class that my aunt and I have prepared with lots of love :) Here's the complete recipe: For the dough: 500g all-purpose flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 200g unsalted margarine 1 tsp salt 50g white sugar 1 egg yolk 160g water For the filling: 250g red onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp chili paste 1/2 tsp spices (paprika, cumin, oregano, etc.) Salt to taste 250g ground beef 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional) 1/4 cup raisins (optional) 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into 6 pieces Brush with egg yolk mixed with water or milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar before baking (optional).
