Should You Invest Your CPF-OA into a dividend fund when you met your FRS/ERS AFTER Turning Age 55?

This is a continuation of the previous video discussing whether should a CPF member who turned 55 to withdraw his SA savings and instead of holding the FRS or ERS, to just hold the BRS while freeing up cash to invest in a dividend fund. In this video, we discuss whether should a person invest into a dividend fund at age 55, AFTER he has already set aside FRS in his CPF-RA, with all the excess from SA now transferred to the CPF-OA with the closure of the CPF-SA account. What is your take? They say do, I thought maybe better not... which is right? Can anyone confirm?
