At first glance, the rear window's sealing strip seemed to be the cause of the (minor) water leak into the caravan. Therefore, I decided to remove the sealing strip to which the window is attached and reseal it. Said and done. For sealing, I used Dekaseal 8936, and to remove the adhesive residue (by far the most annoying part of the job), I ordered a bodywork removal kit. These are made of plastic and can be used without any problems on the caravan's exterior. Since the whole project went relatively smoothly, I decided to reseal the front window as well. It had been watertight until then, although the sealant wasn't looking its best after 30 years. Enjoy this video :-) And welcome to Uppsala Sessions!
