The incident caught the attention of a man who tried to intervene. However, the child's father reacted with verbal threats to the girl's defender. The images reached the children's mother through social media. She took the evidence to the local police station to request a formal investigation into the incident. In addition to the assaulted girl, there are indications that another child of the accused had also been a victim of abuse previously. This boy is said to be the aggressor's stepson and is 5 years old. Based on the evidence presented by the mother to the competent authorities, the Public Prosecutor's Office requested an arrest warrant for the suspect. The request was promptly granted by the judiciary and resulted in the individual's detention that same afternoon.
