Hello, I created a very different type of recipe from my usual soup-based ones this time. This recipe is inspired by the Chinese Dan Dan Men from Szechuan, which is peppery, spicy (mala) and packs a punch. Instead of a typical soup based Tan Tan Men, I created a dry ramen version of Tan Tan Mazesoba with my own sauce recipe and selection of noodle type & toppings to enjoy the great fragrant taste.
