Mark DeLuzio The Danaher Business System

Mark DeLuzio is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lean Horizons Consulting. He is a former corporate officer and Vice President of Danaher Business System (DBS) for Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), where he was the principal architect of DBS, deploying it on a global basis. Mr. DeLuzio served as a member of Central Connecticut State University’s advisory board for its School of Business and in 2007 was inducted as a Life Member of the Shingo Prize Academy (Lean Hall of Fame) for his lifetime contribution to “Excellence in Manufacturing.”  Mark is the author of “Turn Waste into Wealth,” which offers practical advice for those considering a Lean transformation.  His second book called “Flatlined – Why Companies Fail at Lean and What to do About It” was recently released in April 2020.
