Stuck Intake Valve - Generator Engine Repair / No Compression - Fixed

I managed to pickup this Generac GP7500e generator for free. The previous owner said it was running fine and then just stopped. He cleaned the carb, bought a new battery, replaced the spark plug and brought it to a shop for repair. Based on the estimated cost he just purchase a new one and was basically throwing this out.
