In this lesson, we learn the concept of 0 as none. We write 0 and the word zero right and left-handed. We show how a five frame is empty for the number 0, and how it's full for the number 5. We trace the number 0 with our right finger, then our left finger. We write the number 0 and word zero with our right hand. We write the number 0 and word zero with our left hand. We count the number of turtles that are on a log and write the number. 0 is not a counting number. When we count, we start at 1. We find the different ways to show zero objects.
