Straight Bar Shoulder Mobility For Squats
I've been working on adding heavy squats into my rotation again, and so far I haven't been under a straight bar due to shoulder mobility. With the help of my friend Jericho from Alive By Design Chiropractic and advice from Donnie Thompson I'm slowly getting there. He is the warmup/stretch routine that has helped me go from not being able to get under a bar at all, to getting up comfortably and inching my hands in a bit.
