Link for the Coffee above 🔶 Equipement I use: The Piano is a Kawai Es110 keyboard There’s a led strip connected to the keyboard via a software to make the keys ‘light up’. Tutorial by Aleksander Evening. I record in Ableton. Piano sound is from the VST ‘Noire Piano’ Visuals in Seemusic Edited in Davinci Resolve I was 12 year old when Avatar first hit us. I remember going to the cinema with my mother. I remember loving the movie so much I've rewatched it I don't know how many times since. Now that I'm an adult and can be more critical, I have to say these films are not the best written; the dialogues are a bit too cheesy, and let's be honest, it's Pocahontas in space. BUT James Cameron really is a master director because he knows how to tell a story and how to direct action scenes! Even with the ok writing, I think the Avatar movies are well worth a watch and a rewatch. Especially since it gave us one of James Horner's best music ever! Rest in peace maestro. I've been wanting to do this cover for sooooooo long. I started it a few times over the past years, and I'm finally able to say that I'm really satisfied with it! As I was listening to the score, searching for which tracks to cover, I came across a section in the piece War that is so incredibly beautiful, but I was so confused because I couldn't remember hearing it in the movie...because it's the only section from the official soundtrack that was cut from the movie. This is a crime! Anyways, so I included it in my cover. I also always loved the theme for Hometree and the Death theme, they are beautiful and I couldn't find any cover that I liked so I did my own thing. I hope you can enjoy how I put this all together.
