Fallout 4 - Sanctuary Hills Settlement Build Tour

This is a settlement build tour at Sanctuary Hills from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere). This is a Minuteman protected farming and trading settlement. I wanted to give the impression that this was a well-established settlement that has grown over time, with the original settlers fixing up and building around the ruined houses then slowly expanding towards the river. The settlement features a covered marketplace, a small hotel and bar, a medical centre providing a chemist and a place to treat patients, a larger bar and restaurant, and a smaller marketplace setup in the cul-de-sac. The riverside field area houses newcomers to the settlement with additional housing, a Brahmin pen, generator shed, and fishing docks and water pumps. I found this build a challenge and had been putting it off for a while as I dont enjoy trying to fill large spaces. I would have liked to have added a little more decoration, but had to stop due to performance issues.
