Fallout 4 - Building at Sanctuary 01 (Covered Market and Rooftop House)

This series covers the construction of my settlement at Sanctuary Hills. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects. In this video I build a covered market on the foundations of the ruined house by the Sanctuary bridge, which will house two vendors and build house on the roof with a balcony area overlooking the settlement.
