Healthy Lentil Bread Without Flour and Yeast In this video, I’ll show you how to bake a delicious and healthy lentil bread using simple ingredients. This bread contains no flour or yeast and is packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and valuable nutrients. Lentils are an excellent source of plant protein and provide a lasting feeling of fullness. Combined with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and psyllium husks, this nutritious bread is perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or as a healthy snack. 📌 Ingredients: • 200 g lentils • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 egg • 1.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds • 1.5 tbsp sunflower seeds • 1 tsp sesame seeds • 1 tsp flaxseeds • 0.5 tsp salt • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1.5 tbsp psyllium husks 👩🍳 Preparation: Soak the lentils for 3 hours or overnight. Rinse well and mix with the remaining ingredients. Let the mixture swell for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
