This video briefly shows the regrinding of matched drive pulleys, single-strand and multi-strand. It is planned to replace the single-strand one later, depending on the amount of engine thrust, but this is not certain. Finding a pulley of an ordinary, not shallow profile of a belt with a small bore was a separate problem, so a multi-groove pulley with a large bore was selected and installed through a special steel adapter sleeve. On the input shaft of the head, there is a place for the retaining wrench to tighten the tool. The protruding sleeve will provide a stop for this key, which is not yet available. But in its place a regular key from the TB7 tool holder bolts fit well. As a result, milling was tried on this WFG with attachment only to the trunk itself, and even in this case, the rigidity is quite enough. At the end of the video, a 16mm cutter is used. The plate from the near edge is heated by plasma cutting.
