Diary — April 11 (Sat) Today, I got a haircut. Lately, I’ve often been feeling sick on weekends, so I hadn’t been able to go get my hair cut. I think it had been about two months. Honestly, going was a hassle. But when I finally got it cut, I was kind of surprised. Damn. I actually look good today. And then it hit me. I’ve really been neglecting self-care lately. Just taking care of myself a little, even in a small way, can raise my self-esteem a lot.
