Choosing the right targeted partner for standard therapy in second-line follicular lymphoma

He notes that the landscape has evolved beyond lenalidomide plus rituximab (R-squared), with options now including combinations of R-squared with the antibodies tafasitamab or epcoritamab, and potentially CAR T-cell therapies in the future, although approvals for the latter are currently limited to third-line treatment.
