It's a condition where the knees tilt inward, often causing them to touch when the legs are straight. But what causes this knock-knees? Some of the most common reasons are genetics, quadriceps weakness, gluteal weakness, and arch weakness. Treatment for knock-knees can vary depending on your age and the severity of the condition. For example, if you are over 50, the main area of focus should be strengthening the quadriceps. If you're under 50, you should focus on your feet, glutes, and quadriceps. In severe cases for younger people, a tibial osteotomy might be considered, while for adults with severe valgus, a knee replacement could be the solution. Now, let's move on to the part everyone's been waiting for: the exercises. Although I haven't mentioned the specific exercises in this summary, I'll cover them in detail in the video. Each of these movements is designed to target the key areas mentioned above, helping to realign your knees and improve your posture and movement. As for dosage, it's crucial for achieving the desired results. I'd recommend choosing the exercises that best suit your needs, based on the areas you need to strengthen. Perform these exercises three times a week, completing three to four sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. It's important to give your muscles a break, so be sure to leave a rest day between sessions.
