Last Big Training Day Before Hamburg

It is one week before the first Major of the season. I hit a session workout which is part of a competition which is being ran out of Choice Training Club. It is a CrossFit style workout consisting of 2 x 15 min AMRAPS. It is tough going but it is a great stimulus for doubles racing as its very anaerobic.
