30 Min Brain & Body Fitness | Seated Parkinson's Exercises

Join Polly and Cooper for this 33-minute Brain & Body exercise class, designed to mitigate Parkinson's symptoms at home. This class begins with seated exercises that focus on coordination, posture, and controlled movement while keeping the brain active. Toward the end of the class, a standing section is included, offering an opportunity to work on balance, functional movement, and overall mobility. Light weights are also incorporated to support strength-building. All sections can be modified, and weights are optional.
