This is the full rebuild of a 1971 VW Bus engine, done right here in the garage. From a pile of parts to a complete 1641 long block, this one pushed me to learn more than I ever expected. There were frustrating moments, a lot of trial and error, and plenty of lessons along the way—but that’s what this journey is all about. And then… the first start.
