A plant-based omelette is the perfect alternative to an omelette with eggs, with a delicious vegetable filling that will surprise you. 🌿 🌿 The most beautiful kitchen utensils that nature has to offer 💖👉 https://kitchen-by-nature.com/ ✨Unique and handmade, with natural antibacterial properties 📋 INGREDIENTS: 100 g chickpea flour (3.5 oz) 200 ml water (7 fl oz) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 onion, finely chopped 1 bell pepper, diced 1 handful of spinach 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Optional: fresh herbs such as parsley or coriander Preparation: 1. In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, baking powder, turmeric, cumin, soy sauce, salt and pepper to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and pepper until soft. Add the spinach and fry briefly until it wilts. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, heat some olive oil and add the chickpea batter, similar to a pancake. Allow to set over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. 4. Place the fried vegetables on one half of the omelette and carefully fold the omelette over. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
