Today’s chest workout is a combination of 3sec Eccentric, 3sec pause & 5 basic rep. -Flat Bench barbel press (3 working set to max rep of 10 whilst incorporating 3sec slow eccentric and a 3sec pause down at the chest and explode back up) -Seated cable flys (7rep decline 7rep Incline and 6rep basic total 20rep) same thing as the first all 3 variations combined. -Incline Chest press Machine (same combination of all 3 variations) -Closed Dumbbell press Superset Dumbbell Pullover -Incline chest fly machine (same thing) Give it a try, 👌🏾 Yesszzziirrr!!!
