INSANE 8KG PORK LIVER NOODLE CHALLENGE! | BEST Pork Liver BCM in Singapore?!

In this video, I took on an 8KG Pork Liver Bak Chor Mee challenge at Rong Fa (Mui Siong) Minced Meat Noodles which is the sister-run branch of the well-known Mui Siong family. This stall is especially famous for their perfectly cooked pork liver. The liver is sliced thick and cooked just right. It’s tender, smooth, and silky without being overdone. Combined with their springy noodles, savoury minced pork, and flavourful sauce, this bowl was rich, comforting, and incredibly satisfying. Rong Fa traces its roots back to the original Mui Siong bak chor mee lineage. The sisters run this branch, while the brother operates Jin Xi Lai (Mui Siong) Minced Meat Noodle, carrying on the same family heritage and recipe.
