INSANE 8KG CHILLI PAN MEE CHALLENGE! | BEST AUTHENTIC KL Pan Mee In Singapore?!

In this video, I took on an 8KG Chilli Pan Mee challenge at Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee! Super Kitchen is well known for its authentic Kuala Lumpur-style chilli pan mee, and having previously tried it at their original outlet in Kuala Lumpur, I was looking forward to see how the Singapore version compared. The noodles had a springy and chewy texture that held up really well throughout the meal, while the chilli added plenty of flavour to every bite. The spice level is adjustable depending on how much you mix in, and the chilli had a rich shrimpy umami flavour that added depth to the dish and made it incredibly addictive. What impressed me most was how similar it tasted to the version I had in Kuala Lumpur. The flavours, texture, and overall experience felt remarkably authentic, making it feel like I was back in KL enjoying a bowl there once again.
