Hello!!! In this video, we show you the step-by-step process for making a croissant without secrets!!! Here's the recipe: Wheat Flour 1000 g Sugar 120 g Butter 100 g Eggs 50 g Dry Yeast 15 g Powdered Milk 30 g Salt 20 g Water 500 ml For Layering Puff Pastry Margarine 500 g Preparation Method Mix the ingredients, except the salt. When the dough reaches a consistent texture, add the butter. Then, add the salt. Knead until it reaches the "windowpane stage". Let it rest for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place the butter. Fold it over. Roll out the dough and make a double fold and a single fold, resting for 30 minutes between each fold. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, cut into triangles, and shape the croissants. Let it rise, brush with a layer of egg and water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for another 8 minutes, approximately. #croissant
