Nutritionist's healthy grocery haul at Lidl | £3.75 per meal
Hey guys, Georgia and I are working hard to move towards this whole foods diet. We find Paul Saladino's approach to food quite interesting. He calls it animal-based and it has been feeling really good for us. We've both tried a huge variety of diets including both us spending prolonged periods of time as vegans and now moving to a diet more centred around meat and fruit. Just like everyone we are experimenting and trying to figure out what makes us feel and function our best. We'd love to hear about your approach to food and if anything has been leading to you feel great. Thanks for watching! Tj and Georgia 🙂
