How To Fix Your Dopamine By Lowering Screen Time (Our Experience)
Yesterday we spent our Saturday living in alignment with our brain chemistry. After a busy week of work and looking at screens for long periods of time, we felt that we needed to re-spark our dopamine, spend time nurturing oxytocin with one another and work on regulating our serotonin. Each activity we did was intentionally thought of in order to achieve our goal of feeling more peace in our minds. We’d love to see in the comments how you guys switch off :) Big love, and thank you for watching! Georgia and Tj :)
