Five former members of the Free Papua Movement (OPM) from Kodap XXVIII/Yambi - Mewoluk officially declared their allegiance to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) through a solemn oath-recitation ceremony. The five former OPM members are BT (27 years old), GW (23 years old), BW (25 years old), TK (25 years old), and YW (22 years old). All young men from the Dani Tribe of Gumburu Village, Mewoluk District, solemnly participated in the ceremony from 9:30 to 10:50 a.m. WIT. During the ceremony, the five former OPM members firmly recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), led by the Regent of Puncak Jaya, followed by the signing of the pledge.
