Huge Last Minute Flea Market Score at Big D’s (Sunday Morning Solo Trip)

I didn’t exactly get an early start on this one… I actually slept in a little and then headed over to Big D’s Flea Market to see what I could find. Michelle stayed back at home, so this was a solo run for me. Just walking the market, seeing what popped up, nothing really planned. Most of the morning was pretty normal. I was digging through booths like usual, looking for anything that might turn into good resale inventory for Warehouse 71. But right as the market was starting to wind down, something changed. A vendor showed up really late… almost at the very end of the market. And honestly, that timing worked out perfectly for me. There weren’t a lot of people left shopping, so I basically got to go through his setup by myself. No rush, no crowd, just time to really look. And I’m not exaggerating when I say he had some of the best stuff I saw all day. The kind of table where you immediately slow down because you know there are finds there. What started as a pretty normal flea market trip turned into a huge last minute score, all because I stuck around until the end. That’s one of the things about flea market picking… the best stuff doesn’t always show up early.
