A woman's account of her childhood experience off the grid in the Idaho mountains inspired the critically-acclaimed memoir, "Educated." Tara Westover's father was a survivalist who distrusted all forms of government. Westover charted her own path, attending college at 17 and earning a Ph.D. from Cambridge University.
