数列9:確率漸化式⑥《東京大2012年》
A probability recurrence formula involving parity/oddness was also included in the 2024 entrance exam for the University of Tokyo. The 2004 entrance exam for the University of Tokyo, which will be covered in Probability Recurrence Formulas ⑧ in 2012, also features key questions on parity/oddness and symmetry. It seems that every possible problem involving probability recurrence formulas has been asked, and if you want to make it more difficult, you need to incorporate parity/oddness and symmetry. If things go wrong, we might even see probability recurrence formulas that require solving recurrence formulas every multiple of three. On my way to prep school earlier this week, I saw a boy around 4 or 5 years old in a uniform crying in front of a preschool-style cram school, crying "No, no." His mother, dressed in a neat formal attire, crouched down and assured him, "You can do it. You'll be fine," wiping away his tears. I don't understand why they throw children into the competitive world at such an early age. From my perspective, this is a perfect example of educational abuse, and I felt truly sorry for the boy. Despite the common belief that comparing yourself to others will only make you unhappy, parents still force their children to compete at an early age. It's like telling them to compare themselves to other kids. It's fine if parents support those who want to compete and take on challenges, but I truly despise parents who tell their children to "think about your future" when that's not what they want. Honestly, I don't think there's a single elementary school student in the world who wants to take the junior high school entrance exam of their own volition. They're sure to be persuaded by their parents, acquaintances, friends, or teachers to enter the competitive world. Even if they succeed in the junior high school entrance exam, the competition continues, with university entrance exams, entry into the workforce, and even their own children. I question whether happiness can be found in such a competitive world. For now, I feel that a world of competition driven by others' will only lead to unhappiness.
